Take a taxi, rent it for a day, start at 9 am till 5 pm. As my experience, for Kali temple, Belur Math, Howrah Bridge, and South City Mall, I get charge around 400 Rs.
If you are lucky, you will get a honesht driver, that patiently waiting while we walk around the city and shooping ;)
But be carefuly, don't rent taxi in the street, first you need to ask your hotel, mybe they have some taxi driver recomendation, ask for save reason :)
