Photography as Meditation

It's a quieting of the mind. It sharpens everything, especially your appreciation of your surroundings, seeing that every living thing is connected in some way. Build a bridge, a metaphor, and a means to experience the flow, to alter perspective, shift focus, find detail, notice contrast, and receive the light and shadow around us.

It's a way to encourage intimacy and engagement with our environment , our selves–sparking connections , insights our eyes and our soul, and in the end It's keeps my life fresh.
